Bringing Land Back Into Use

Object A allows work to be
done to bring land back into environmental, economic
or social use, where such a use has
been prevented or
restricted because of an activity that has now ceased.
You must
be able to demonstrate that an activity (which has now
ceased)
prevented or restricted the use of
the land for the activity
proposed in their project. This will entail providing details
of:
The company or
persons who polluted the site originally- or allowed
it to be polluted
must not benefit from reclamation work
proposed
under object a.
