Application PackProjects falling within objects d, da, and e should either download the application pack on the links below or e-mail: info@evolveEB.co.uk and ask for the Evolve EB Community Projects application form to be posted to you. Please ensure you post your application back as a signature is required for the project to be considered. To apply for a project under object a or b please contact Evolve EB as these projects need to be discussed prior to completing the application form. The management panels meet quarterly to consider the applications submitted. In order to action this successfully, closing dates for applications are issued. If your application arrives prior to the closing date it will be considered at the next panel meeting, however if your application arrives after the closing date it will not be considered until the following panel meeting. Guidance notes have been written to help your completion of the application pack. |
